A mentored lab where students learn to code and code to learn. Codologie II is an introductory computer science and engineering course. It uses Raspberry PI hardare and Python and or Scratch language. Raspberry Pi is a small but powerful computer designed to help your child understand and explore the almost-magical world of computing.
"An A level student at Mathobotix Labs, Nikita is studying codologie-II to become a future software engineer, and may be, a Services Scientist."
Objectives: Learn to Code, Code to Learn. Explore "mini-project" based hands-on labs. Raspberry Pi is a small but powerful computer designed to help your child understand and explore the almost-magical world of computing. This class is designed to support familiarity and increasing fluency with computational creativity and computational thinking. In particular, depending on the interest and skill level, the different programming projects encourage exploration of key computational thinking concepts (sequence, loops, parallelism, events, conditionals, operators, data) and key computational thinking practices (experimenting and iterating, testing and debugging, reusing and remixing, abstracting and modularizing).
Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced level courses available. Students are placed in the appropriate level based on their entry level knowledge and skills.
