This Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bytes and Bots and the undersigned parent or legal guardian ("Guardian") of the participant ("Participant").



1. Acknowledgment of Risk:
Guardian acknowledges that participation in programming, robotics, electronics, game making, and app development classes ("Activities") provided by Bytes and Bots may involve certain risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, and other potential hazards. Guardian voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Participant's involvement in the Activities.



2. Waiver of Liability:
In consideration of the Participant being permitted to participate in the Activities, Guardian, on behalf of the Participant and themselves, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Bytes and Bots, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the Participant, or to any property belonging to the Participant, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the Activities or while on the premises where the Activities are conducted.



3. Indemnification:
Guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney's fees, that may be incurred due to the Participant's involvement in the Activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.



4. Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, Guardian authorizes Bytes and Bots to obtain necessary medical treatment for the Participant and agrees to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment.



5. Severability:
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.



6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.



7. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
Guardian acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily. Guardian intends their signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

This Talent Release Form ("Release") is entered into by and between Bytes and Bots and the undersigned parent or legal guardian ("Guardian") of the participant ("Participant").



1. Consent to Use of Likeness:
Guardian grants permission to Bytes and Bots to photograph, film, or otherwise capture the Participant's likeness, voice, and/or performance during the Activities. Guardian further grants Bytes and Bots the right to use, reproduce, and distribute such recordings and images in any form and for any purpose, including, but not limited to, promotional materials, advertising, and social media.



2. Waiver of Compensation:
Guardian acknowledges that the Participant shall receive no compensation for the use of their likeness, voice, or performance and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the recordings or images.



3. Rights Granted:
Guardian grants Bytes and Bots all rights, title, and interest in the recordings and images, including, but not limited to, the right to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute the recordings and images.



4. Release from Liability:
Guardian releases and discharges Bytes and Bots, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action which Guardian, Participant, or their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on their behalf or on behalf of the Participant have or may have by reason of this authorization.



5. Governing Law:
This Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.



6. Acknowledgment of Understanding:
Guardian acknowledges that they have read this Release, fully understand its terms, and sign it freely and voluntarily.
